84Company (hereinafter 'Company') values your personal information and complies with Article 30 of the 'Personal Information Protection Act', related laws, and GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) regulations. This policy discloses what information we collect and how we use it.

The company processes personal information for service provision, identification, personalized recommendations, development of new services, dispute resolution, and civil complaint handling.
In principle, we retain information while you use the service and destroy it immediately upon account withdrawal. However, records required by relevant laws (Commercial Act, Electronic Commerce Act, etc.) will be stored for the prescribed period.
The company destroys information without delay upon achievement of purpose. Electronic files are destroyed using technical methods that prevent recovery (permanent deletion), and paper documents are shredded.
To improve service, we entrust processing to professional companies as follows:
- Vercel: Web hosting and infrastructure management
- Supabase (PostgreSQL): Data storage and management
- Google LLC: Platform analytics (GA4) and ad optimization
We use cloud services (Supabase, Vercel) for efficiency and stability, and in this process, personal information may be stored or processed on overseas servers (e.g., AWS).
