1. When the Company revises the terms, it shall announce the effective date and reasons for revision on the initial screen of the service from 7 days before the effective date to the day before. 2. [Anti-Dark Pattern Policy]: For changes that significantly affect users' rights, such as price increases for paid services or automatic payment conversion, the Company must notify members individually at least 30 days in advance and obtain explicit consent.
The Company strives to protect members' personal information and follows a separate 'Privacy Policy' for collection and use.
1. Sellers are responsible for the quality and information of registered patterns and products. Physical second-hand transactions (second-hand trade) between individuals are strictly prohibited on ByKnit. Violation of this may result in sanctions, including service suspension and forced withdrawal. 4. 84Company is responsible for the products sold on the platform.
1. [Download Validity Period & Digital Content Specifics]: Purchased digital items can be downloaded for up to 3 months from the completion of payment. Digital content such as PDFs, in accordance with Article 17, Paragraph 2, Item 5 of the 'Electronic Commerce Act', cannot be withdrawn or refunded due to a simple change of mind once download has started or viewing is complete. 2. [Refund Policy]: A 100% refund is available within 7 days from the payment date if the item has not been downloaded. 3. If the provided pattern file is significantly different from the description, contains serious errors, or in case of duplicate payments, correction or a refund is available through the customer support center.
1. Copyright for postings like reviews and pattern images posted by members belongs to the member. 2. [Usage License]: The Company has a non-exclusive license to use (reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works) member postings worldwide for free for purposes of service operation, promotion, exhibition, and sales promotion.
1. Members shall not unauthorizedly distribute, share, or resell paid patterns, infringe on others' copyrights, or write malicious comments. 2. Upon detection, the Company may suspend service, delete postings, permanently terminate membership, and take legal action after prior notice (immediately in emergencies).
1. While providing an intermediary platform, 84Company is ultimately responsible for the products traded on the platform. The Company does its best for quality control and consumer protection. 2. The Company is not liable for inability to provide services due to force majeure.
These terms and conditions shall take effect from January 22, 2026.
