Materials needed
- Yarn: Linen or cotton/linen blend (natural beige or cream tones recommended)
- Hook: Crochet hook 5/0 (3.0mm)

Step-by-Step Tutorial
- Round 1 (Magic Ring): Start with a magic ring. Chain 3 (counts as first dc), work 11 double crochets into the ring. Slip stitch to join (12 sts).
- Round 2 (Increase): Chain 3, work 2 double crochets into each stitch around. Slip stitch to join (24 sts).
- Round 3 (Flower Petals): Chain 1,
[skip 1 stitch, work 5 double crochets into the next stitch (shell stitch), skip 1 stitch, slip stitch/single crochet into the next stitch]. Repeat this pattern to create 6 lovely rounded flower petals!
Pro Tip: Block Your Linen Projects
